AZ was also gracious enough to let me off the hook on our Ferris State bet. It's important to pass those things along.

There is no legit argument that the Cats get a play-off spot over Davis, Sac st., NAU, Idaho, or PSU. If it came down to them and Butler for whatever conference Butler is in, I'd argue that Butler were more of a challenge.

Well, I have never liked the Cats nor rooted for them. Got that out of the way, so why would they not be in over Portland State, Sac State, NAU or Davis? They beat 3 of the 4 and Davis got beat by EWU! Idaho - nope they should not and will not be ahead of them. Cats are in. They don’t deserve to be in the top 8 though. .

Typing this in between servings of crow, but man UM would not be denied today. Elrod and I made a bet but he wants to let me keep my account. I haven’t decided if I’ll stick around yet or not. I definitely talked a big game, but I did believe it, and early in the year had reason to, as any good fanatic. I Definitely need to take some time off out of respect for the deal.
