Whoa!! Facts are really dangerous on this message board. Some of these guys would still have Larry Donovan coaching to continue “to support the team”.

Ummm no. I love Mick, bet he actually went 5-6 and 3-5 in the Big Sky his first year. Just the facts man.

You are correct, Mick record was 5-6 in year 1, typed that wrong, but his record through the same point was 20-12, that part was correct.

If the measuring stick is Mick’s record, then this program has fallen farther than I even imagined. Why not use Larry Donovan’s record, that will make Stitt look even better.
I just thought i would point out what Stiit's record is to Micks, as so many wanted a new coach when Mick was the coach. What we got was not better. At least Mick made the playoffs after his first year.

Stitt made the playoffs with Micks recruits, but is not able with his own. For all of hose saying it will take time for his system to get the right recruits.

There's no way on God's green earth that Mick would have beaten NDSU like Stitt did. This offense, when we get the pieces in place, can make some noise at the national level. That's why we need to see this thing through for at least another year or two...

Attendance is down for Griz Games and will only drop further if we do not rectify things. How long has it been since we won a conference we used to dominate? People forget that Stitt's best season was his first. How is that the more he implemented his offense with his recruits the worse he has done. The missing ingredient is that Stitt is not a proven winner. I want a coach that knows how to win. One that has won titles before (even at a lower level). I believe there is real difference in a coach that just knows how to win.
