OK grizzies, when was the last time you played an FBS opponent, and when was the last time you beat an FBS opponent? The EAGS play the money game every year and have recently been very competitive vs FBS. In the last decade how well do you think your teams would have fared against FBS?

Please explain what ANY of that has to do with how the Beagles looked today?

It has nothing to do with the poor performance the EAGS showed today. I’m just setting the table so I can come back next Saturday evening and describe how bad the griz looked against an FBS team. Honestly even with the lopsided score, your team didn't look so great against a non-scholarship FCS team.

Very few would disagree that the team didn't looks so great against a non scholly fcs school. I certainly wouldn't. I'm just hoping they improve every week and look much better come week 4 [emoji6]

It is kind of funny to see EWU face some turnover and potential downturn. I still think they will be good, but not good enough to please their Monster and Menthol fan base.

While MSU is always lil' bro, you kinda have to root for lil' bro at times to do the family name proud. EWU is like a step kid who won $15k on a scratch ticket five years ago and thought he was set for life.

It's amazing how much your fan base puts into that one win. It was the first Cats win in 4 years and only the third in the last 10. Keep in mind this is during a time where Griz football is at an all time low. Why did that one win mean everything to you guys.

Eastern had their ass handed to them today by a bigger school in another division, it's what is supposed to happen....judging eastern on this game is hilarious, NDSU will be a better measuring stick next week. Just like no one should judge the griz on their performance next week.

BTW, good win today

Except you and others were crowing for the past two weeks about how the Beagles had a terrific chance of beating Tech, not just making a good showing (of which you did neither). You make the bed, you sleep in it.

NOONE...not a SINGLE Griz fan is predicting anything short of a slaughter next weekend. See the difference?

Haha, ok. I didn't think our team would take the nose dive this year that all our rival fans did, still don't feel that way. I also never predicted eastern would win today but a lot of our fans did.

Like I said before, judge us against competition at our own level. I'll come back and take my lumps next week if ndsu thumps us. I think eastern wins next week
