I see EWU suspended the cheap-shot artist that put the hit on VA.

I never saw it...was it that bad that it warranted a suspension? Anybody have a video?

I think it was what followed that got the ewooo coaches in an uproar. VA slid and the ewoo player went head-to-head. Hard to tell if it was on purpose, but it certainly was a targerting call. But after he was ejected for that, he got booed from the fans and then sort of taunted them by putting his arms up and waggling his fingers. Baldwin came RUNNING over to him, got in his face good for about 60 seconds, and then sent a couple of assistants over to him and they made him RUN out of that stadium.

Really, the suspension is a no-brainer, because he was going to have to sit out the first half due to the targeting anyway, so you might was well get some positive spin out of it by suspending him the entire game.

Thanks puck, yeah probably the extra drama that got him booted, nasty hit but not enough on its own to get suspended I wouldn't think.
