Troy Taylor leaves and signs with Utah.

This might be the only thing that slows the eagles down... even though he was co offensive coordinator he (self reported) called every eagles play.

Erickson retired as Assistant HC and RBs coach, so there are big changes at Utah. Baldwin will find the next great offensive mind, so don't count on EWU slowing down under BB.

Yes, Cooper Kupp makes everybody look good, but starting the season with last year's third string quarterback, no returning starters for his O-line, playing mostly freshmen and sophomores, Eastern always seems to do more with less, and they certainly did this year.

Was only at EWU for one year, so I'm not sure if you can consider it an impactful loss or not. Although, EWU was the best passing team in the FCS this year after having some big struggles last year.

Also had the #1 passing offense in 2015. We just had a more complete team this year - notably more consistency at the QB position and a better defense.
