EWU/JvilleSt on Charter?

Any way to watch EWU/JvilleSt on Charter? Talked to 2 rep's, one last night & one today. Looks like Charter won't carry ESPN3 this weekend. They did last weekend. I don't get it. Anyway, anyone have the same or better experience?

I've given up. I click on game's title in ESPN3 & nothing happens. Been w/ about 5 reps on Charter & one w/ ESPN3. No love. I have Macs if that means anything. Altho haven't had this trouble in the past. Hope there's a game thread.
