EWU installing new FB/BB video scoreboards

Not sure that the new scoreboard is a fair comparison. You guys probably saved thousand by having the students in the welding and building trades departments chip in free labor for the installation. I guess that is one of the benefits of attending a votech.

Lets talk about something serious. Can you do anything about that slow speed limit through that town to the stadium? I always damn near pee my pants getting there and it has absolutely nothing to due to the fear of playing you. The guys in the Les Schwab know me by name and I'm only there every other year,
 
Well if you stop at Les Schwab, then you're obviously not taking the right direction to the stadium...

Also, am I missing something here? What gives you the reason to bring up the whole welding and building trades? I don't get it...but what's funny is how you want to poke fun at Eastern's academics when they have a better athletic GPA than U of M and so many of your gradutes from U of M move to the Spokane area when they're done...where there is more work and civility.

Last time I was there (ironically traveling to the EWU game in Msla) I had a flat and had to take that back exit tour of the Omish ass-raping country to double back to Cheney. I thought I was in Idaho and locked the doors.

Yeah, lets not fool ourselves about academics and throw the athletic GPA in there. The grammar school teaching college in Cheney has nothing on the UM as far as scholastics. Stop pretending! The funny thing is that I live in WA and usually go to bat for you guys as far as athletics.
Hmmm...Funny we get so many of those Spokane athletes that want to come to Msla. huh? Wonder why when they have such a fine school 1/2 hour away.

Why would anyone want to go to college in the same immediate vicinity of where they've lived all their lives? I know I didn't.

I dunno ursa...probably similar to the same reason I left my town a 1/2 hour from Missoula to go to EWU!! And aside from that, there were more people going to Montana 5 years ago then there are now. Face facts...U of M has a tainted image right now and your football program is going to be down for a little while. The sooner the Griz fans are able to face that, the easier the season will be to go through.

From what I have seen, UM has not yet played a game to validate your claim of "going to be down for a little while"....in fact, I see high quality recruits and a definite effort by the administration to bring the entire UM community into the 21st Century, and that includes making decisions, many unpopular, some possibly erroneous, but all positive. I see UM athletic programs, with the exception of women's bball, as progressing enormously well. I think, EWU must be grateful to UM for being pushed to improve their physical plants, as do other Big Sky Schools. Montana has set the standard for YEARS, and now, the rest of the older
Big Sky schools are following. With Cal Poly and UCDavis, and UND, the Big Sky is beginning a new future...much more in line with the times we live in.
