The broadcast team for Friday nights game on ESPN2 is Chuckie Kempf and Darius Walker. Admittedly, I know nothing about either of these guys. I don't believe I've ever heard either of them call a game before. A quick google search shows that Walker was a former standout DB for Notre Dame and then spent 2 years with the Texans before bouncing around on some teams practice squads. Found some clips from the game they called last week between FIU and Western Kentucky. I'll add the link below!
The Griz vs Sac State game will follow the North Texas vs. Charlotte game at 5pm on ESPN2. North Texas is 6-1 (and very good) while Charlotte is 1-6 and really struggling, so hopefully North Texas can put them away quickly so we can have an on time kickoff at 8:30. The Griz game will go up against the Boise State vs. Nevada game at 8pm on CBSSN but Boise should destroy them and CBSSN isn't very prominent so ratings wise we should be able to compete with that game.
