ESPN to have 5 WAC games, down from 16

ESPN will televise 5 WAC football games this fall, down from 16 last year. Nevada, Fresno and Hawaii are still in the WAC this fall. Will ESPN have any interest after those 3 teams depart?

What does this have to do with the Griz or the FCS?

It means the GRIZ should not be so gung ho jumping to the WAC so easily, when the opportunity arises again. Also it means, if and when, the GRIZ get a lights, there are a few time slots to be had on the ESPN's. I have a feeling that is the main factor for the GRIZ trying to get lights put in.

Why do you post on this board? You add absolutely nothing, other than as an irritant. Go away.

What's your problem? You also add nothing, except for being an asshole at times. Information about the WAC is completely relevant to UM, Big Sky and FCS football, as the WAC continues to try to hit on FCS and Big Sky teams. One of the Big Sky teams in CA just had to turn down the WAC again. If the WAC falls apart, the Big Sky may end up with one or more of the WAC teams.

exactly my point you could of just said what you just said instead of being a reactionary asshole because you suffer from small penis complex

I am glad I don't have to 'contribute' to a board to get self satisfaction

WAC aint going anywhere....take it to the bank. They may continue to expand into Texas, but there continues to be a need for lower tier FBS leagues, and there would be none in the West. However, odds are that by 2015 the WAC and the Big Sky are in the same division anyway. Economics and greed by the big boys are going to change the face of the college football landscape very soon.
