what's up with the secrecy surrounding his departure? did they decide this was a medical situation that fell under their strict privacy standards, or have they just decided they're no longer going to share any information of any kind with anybody? i can't recall seeing this on the montana board or reading about it in any newspaper until now.
 
You can fill in the blanks. It was in the paper that he got charged with the assault thing, it mentioned it in that California article too. I am pretty sure he got his scholarship pulled for that.
