There is a definite reason this site is going downhill. It needs to become a pay site. The real Griz fans will pay it. I think a yearly membership of 50 bucks would weed out some of the trolls.

And a whole bunch of us -- hopefully not trolls -- who like to comment on Griz and FCS football in a "casual" way. Still, I myself would not object to a yearly membership, as long as it wasn't too high. Trouble is, that probably would not work. The trolls need the ego gratification, the attention, too much to be put off by a simple matter of money. (Living in the basement, they could bum it off mom or, maybe, dad.Hammer said:

Dunno. I'd be glad to pay. Should probably get around to donating I post enough non relevant crap on here. Not sure how these sites work though. Advertisers want users.....users required to pay.....likely means less users....that means fewer advertisers or maybe less money for the advertisements. Again just a guess. Possibly a penny isn't made from maintaining this site.

This season brings high excitement we have lacked the past few years. After the game we will have our usual share of eaglets and cats trolling and blowing paper sacks. A ignore is the only way to beat these slugs.
