GoldenEagle even popped up over there to predict "much" disappointment for us in the future.

Which is funny considering Miss State will likely be near bottom of their conference again this year (maybe bottom-mid if they have a good year). They haven't had an above .500 year in several years. Last year they were 13-19.

While they were busy losing to Miss State by 18 the Griz were beating Mountain West champion Boise State who was 25-9 last year and a 6 seed in the NCAA tournament. They did so with a couple of the Griz leading scorers in foul trouble early on. Two of coach DeCuire's true freshman recruits played awesome and didn't look like freshman out there at all. One of the freshman (Michael Oguine) was player of the game with 17 points, 5 rebounds and a block.

It's going to be a hell of a year for the Griz BB program!

Congrats Griz fans, that was an a$$ kicking of epic proportions. Embarrassed after that one, damn. I knew this game would be tough, but an effing 41 point loss, I didn't see that coming.

You punched first and Eastern never fought back. Holmes is a freaking monster and Gus played well, hell we couldn't stop anyone on your team and you dominated us on the other side. Eastern was dominated in all three phases today. Congrats on a well deserved win and good luck next week.

Can't say much more, that was a complete domination.

I had 4 eastern fans at my tailgate after the game. They were stunned. Not only by the game but by the fact that we fed them and gave them road beer for the long trip home. Great day for football. Marceagle seems to get it. Its a game.

Between the fan base we gained after the 2010 national championship, the back to back butt kickings, and the resurgence of the Cougs, you may see a lot less Eagle fans in near future...

Well, that sucked!!!!!!! Eastern has no idea who there QB will be next week. Griz defense was filthy good. Bobcats will be looking to end there season by knocking Griz out of playoffs, so we'll see what happens. If the Griz play like they did today, they'll win the National Championship. Great win by the Griz, it hurt to say that but it was true. Griz QB made all the difference IMO!! Also, Defense was CRAZY good.
