Durham to Step Down

Someone that deserves a serious sniff by the Shitty Kitties is Craig Carse, head coach at MSU-B.

In 11 seasons, he has won over 200 games at MSU-Billings, and in his previous life, he was an assistant at LSU under Dale Brown and was responsible for recruiting one Shaquille O'Neal to LSU. He also recruited several other eventual NBA players to LSU and West Virginia State, an NAIA school, when he was the head man there.

He did have a minor stroke last year--he completely recovered, and if the Kitties hired him, he would even bring along an heir apparent in his son David, his main assistant in Billings, who was a guard for the Yellowjackets and is only 25.

He graduates his kids--his team has averaged over a 3.25 GPA. during his 11 seasons in Billings, and both the Kitties and the GRIZ have been afraid to play the Yellowjackets since he took over the MSU-B program. ( Mysteriously, both the Kitties and the GRIZ can find time to play NAIA Frontier Conference schools but not the only other NCAA program in Montana, MSU-B. Playing a Div. II school, afterall, hurts your RPI: playing an NAIA helps it. Huh?)

If the Shitty Kitties don't give Carse a hard sniff, they're nuts!

Too many skeletons in the closet for Carse. And for the record, MSU-Billings has avoided Carroll over the past ten years as well for good reason. They would get smoked.

We have heard this song and dance more times than we hear about the Griz moving to D1 in football. I hope he gets the job so we can see even more JC players in bozoland. :deadhorse:

Coach Durham was a good coach. Thats all there is to it. His record shows he did well in the BSC. Why can't people just leave it at that, give him the ol' good game, and let him be.

Thanks guy's I really apreciate the kind words toward a very good person. sniff....... sniff ...... I have to go now

Seriously It truely is nice when we can put down our rivalries from time to time and reconize each other.

Now ......... We are going to kick your butt next November.......

Oh relax,

I wasn't referring to Durham. I have supported him as well as any Griz on here. I was referring to Carse and the worn out Griz and Cats are afraid of them mantra.

No you Relax!! and no give backs

I think it's sad that Mick Durham is leaving as the Bobcats' coach. I thought he ran a good program and was always a class act. I am hard pressed to remember a time when Mick wasn't coaching the Bobcats (I'm only 20, so he's been the coach since I was 4) and he left MSU with a lot of great memories. Griz fans should be very grateful to have a class act in Larry Krystowiak leading your program.
