Now just what did Coach Pflugrad and Athletic Director O’Day do to justify being fired without any prior discussion or opportunity to correct perceived failures?

President Dungstrom’s Griz now have a 1-4 Big Sky Conference record and 3-5 overall record so far this year, after the team went to the national semifinals last year.

Dungstrom is successfully neutering the Griz football program as intended. Aren’t we lucky to have such a progressive college President?

Athletics is just the most recent failing...Engstrom seems uniquely unqualified for this position. I have met him in Palm Desert and other fundraisers. Not what I expected in a Flagship university president. Maybe, he will adjust or adapt, but he simply does not inspire confidence in many of the alumni.

He is a dawdling academic with no people skills who is horribly deficient at comprehending humanity, generally, and football, specifically. He has been manipulated by those with an agenda against Griz football because they realized he was a warm ball of clay they could shape as they wanted. He has been particularly sensitive to criticism by the "leftists" because he forgot his public position would open him up to scrutiny when he let the middle-eastern rapist escape. Personal responsibility is not in his skill set either. Poor sad little man is, at best, a puppet for the worst individuals Missoula has in our midst.
