Dream coaching staff

While we patiently wait for Bobby to fill out his coaching staff, I thought it would be fun to come up with a dream coaching staff. Only consisting of unretired coaches with Montana ties, here's my list. I'm sure I've forgotten some though. Except for Vernon, who I had no idea was coaching, these are off the top of my head.

HC-Bobby Hauck
OC-Dave Dickenson: If he's not the HC, OC is the next best bet.
DC-Mike Breske: His pressure heavy D was still very balanced, unlike Semore's.
QB-Bob Stitt: If he had a specialty, QB's would be it.
RB/FB-Justin Green: For his recruiting connections alone, he's worthy of this staff.
WR/Asst OC-Robin Pflugrad: Between the three minds of Dickenson, Pflugard, and Stitt this offense would be unstoppable.
OL-Chad Germer: Best O lines in the last 20+ years have been coached by this man.
DL-Legi Suiaunoa: Coached up some of our best D line NFL talent.
LB/Asst DC-Andy Thompson: Excelled here and at NAU.
CB-Vernon Smith: Has had success at Portland St and now NAU.
S-Tim Hauck: Never been a greater safety here.
ST-Bobby Hauck: no brainer.

Obvious honerable mentions:
Marty Mornhinweg-Perferably an OC or QB's coach.
Tim Rosenbach-OC or QB's.
Brent Pease-WR's or QB's.
Dave Doeren-Coached DB's at Montana but worked more with LB's and as the DC before he started getting head coaching jobs.
Ty Gregorak-If he hadn't done the unthinkable, he'd be our LB coach.

I knew Stitt would be a polarizing name on here but I think having him focus solely on the QB's would be a very good fit for him. Gregorak is a definite no after sleeping with the enemy but if that didn't happen, he'd probably be on the staff instead of outside looking in.
 
When Glenn and Breske didn't have an answer, Dave Doeren is the person they would turn to for advice. One of the best football minds to ever grace Griz country.

I’m sorry but I’d have to flip Dickerson and Hauck. If Dickerson ever wanted to be head coach, I would make damn sure he got it.

He had been pretty openly disappointed in the organization also but I bet he's happy this year. They're playing good ball. Unfortunately he has no ties to Montana though so he dosnt count.

Who is Dave Dickerson? I can’t keep track of all these obscure coaching choices.
