Gus is number one in the FCS in total passing yards, attempts, and completions. Not surprising with Stitt Happens, but we will probably see him at or near the top all year. If they ever get some of the dropped passes, overthrows, and miscommunications issues corrected, the numbers will look really ridiculous.

Maybe with the bye week -- two solid weeks of practice -- this will happen. I'm no expert, but some of the problem with Gus looks to me like he does not set his feet properly on some of his throws. That can be fixed.

With the way the Oline blocks "OLE" style occasionally, it isn't too surprising he doesn't always set his feet.

Yep...I mentioned that on a thread last week...there are some plays where its obvious why he's overthrowing receivers....
