I odered the game also and the rep was retarded. I found the game on channel 460 but couldn't order it because i don't have a landline. I then called so see if they could order it and they didn't show it available and then he couldn't even find it online. I assured him my guide said i could order it for 26.00 dollars. He was telling me the only way was to purchase the whole espn game plan for 142 dollars, after he got the sales team involved they figured it out. Then he precedes to tell me that there is a 5 dollar fee for ordering pay per view on the phone but because of all the trouble i had he was going to wave the fee. That was one annoying 20 min phone call!
