Been a lot of fun to watch the younger guys the last two games. It helps them out so much to be able to play pretty much all of the second half the past two games. Can see all of the talent waiting to get their chance to play.

I'm excited to see more of Lamarriel Taylor. Looked like a great athlete and demonstrated sure hands with his catch today. Could be a breakout player next season.

He's a better natural athlete than Curran and would not be surprised to see him push Curran for playing time later in their careers.

Curran had an awesome game today, blocking was very good, and he was aggressive going for the ball. Last game was good too. If he keeps playing like this, it will be tough when JLM comes back.

Two different positions....curran is our outside receiver (X). JLM is our inside motion receiver (Z). The one who may steal some playing time from either spot is Homan. But curran and JLM aren't competing with each other.

They are in a way though, because Homan can play either position. Let's say JLM and Homan start next week, and JLM plays poorly, Curran may come in and shift Homan to the inside.

I didn't mean compete against one another, I was meaning the opposing team's defensive strategy. Who do you take away. We're getting very tough to defend. Sorry for the confusion.

On the first TD, the run to the right side of the NEZ, Taylor had 2 blocks including the last one. He was in front of me, I was surprised to see him in the game so soon, so I focused on him on the play. Very nice blocks and effort by him. I too am excited about him. I hear he too is talented. Just learning the system and figuring everything out. Did he have a hamstring pull in pre-season? Someone did.

I believe I saw something k. eaton hasn't probably done since the 8th grade....drop a pass....I think he is going to be one of our best receivers in the future....it just shows how important game conditions are and how valuable the playing time these twos and threes are getting......go griz....
