Delaware versus Pittsburgh

Decided the Blue Hens (#20 FCS) deserved their own thread. They currently lead at Pittsburgh, 14-10. Pitt winning the yardage battle, but have given up two turnovers.

I was wondering why this game wasn't included in the upset thread. Delaware is playing Pitt very tough.

Thought about it. However, Delaware is #20 vs a 2-2 Pittsburgh team, while Nicholls is #12 against a 1-3 Texas State team. So the latter upset seemed more likely. Won't mind in the least missing it if Delaware pulls it off. And the Hens are currently moving the ball with less than 4 min left in the third quarter.

In addition to turnovers, Pitt has hurt themselves with penalties in this game. However they have now pulled back ahead of Delaware 17-14.

The Pitt coach shoe-tapped pretty good, post-game ... but he was one pissed dude about his team's (non)performance.
