Not sure if UM has an Occupational Health or Industrial Hygiene Department but that would be your best bet as they would be the folks who'd have equipment to measure decibels for the purposes of measuring worker exposure limits etc.

I've never understood how stadiums like UDub, KC Chiefs have record decibels over 130 decibels when the record human voice is 113 db according to Guinness or 129 by other sources. I think there is a big inconsistency in how these values are reported especially when you'll see different values reported for Decibel A, B, and C for the same record. Enough science...Go Griz.
