As an alumni of the U of M I have to say that there a few things that are of concern.

#1. The basketball team. I've seen better coaching from Subway managers that moonlight as AAU coaches. Nobody plays to their strengths and the effort has been lacking since Coach K made griz nation proud FIGHTING for a sweet 16 berth.

#2. What's with the football schedule man? C'mon. You put the schedule on Ebay and let the first out of conference bidders fill the spots. This team is the proudest tradition in D-1aa(whatever it's called) and with a 24k person stadium that sells out while we go on the road and play in front of 5k it's kind of sad. Why not plug a few MTN west and WAC teams into the schedule once in a while? D-2, and bad D-2? Cmon its sad

Robomono....I don't agree with point 1 as I am of the view that coach Tinkle deserves more time. I do agree with point 2, however, I would submit that you are writing the wrong person. The direction is coming from Dennison and I would encourage you to write him.

As for the football schedule, you need to address with all above O'day. I know Jim, and if he had more say in the schedule we would indeed at least have one play up game or top FCS team every year.
