Curran

Curran was dressed and made a tackle on ST's. Homan got dinged in fall camp and probably would have been starting all year if not for that.

Yes, but I think the coaches were projecting Curran and Homan to start. Homan's injury opened the door for Calhoun.

Did he play on ST? I didn't recall seeing him...

Pulled the box score, Curran isn't credited for any tackles and isn't listed on the participation report at all. It appears he did not play yesterday.

Interesting ! If I remember correctly, which any more is always a stretch, the three TV play-by-play "Experts" Mick, Grady, and Whoever, concluded that Curran had been injured and Homan was "getting his chance". Might be wrong on this, but seems like I remember hearing that at some point in the midst of Homan's six (6) receptions. As an aside, don't those "Commentators" EVER quit commentating during a game?(Especially Mick)

I am 99% sure I saw him on punt coverage later in the game. Mentioned to my wife when I saw him. He is the only #6 I believe.

I too seen #6 out there ast in a PR tackle and he's given credit in the GoGriz box score. Also listed in the play by play as assisting Korey Alexander on the last punt of the game for the Griz. Also the Link you shared does credit KC with an assisted tackle. I guess he was healthy enough to participate in the most dangerous play in football, punt and kick returns.

Keenan Curran warmed up yesterday with the wide receivers and was in full uniform for the duration of yesterday's game. He did not play. No reason was given but no one asked Stitt about it afterward either so not sure what the situation is.

The KGVO sideline reporter asked Stitt about Curran during the game and coach gave his stock answer: the receiving corps will rotate into the game.

Stitt: Homan got big playing time over Curran last week because team wasnt happy w/ his play at Poly. Curran good player, but gotta get done

At another point, I was pretty sure Bennet said NAU's QB was not playing because of injury. Then Mick says something long the lines of, "It's tough to lose a three year starter." And, I'm like what? Is Cookus hurt and how the f**k do you not know who last year's FCS Freshman of the year is? It was all very confusing.

So does anyone know anything about Cookus?
