"Based on the undisputed evidence in the record, a reasonable jury could not conclude by a preponderance of the evidence that the University terminated Schweyen’s employment because of her gender."

Big win for UM.

How does it work with all your screen names and bands? Do you like, calendar those out so you know when each name is viable again? Damn, that must be one hell of a spreadsheet to keep all that

Sarcasm. Some can handle it, some can't.

As a wise sage noted, "Those who can, do; those who can't do, teach; those who can't teach, coach; those who can't coach, ref; those who can't ref, sue."

Of course, there are exceptions to this rule. Some excel at each level. :thumb:

She definitely could do, could teach as an assistant, but failed on her own. Did she skip the ref part, or concede the point and just go(and fail, again)and sue?

Cool. How many of your screen names will post in it talking about how bad the #3 ranked GRIZ are?

Here's a link to a very detailed story on the judge's decision from the Daily Montanan. Some of this confirms info I'd originally heard as rumors. But I get the impression from the story that there was significant information from players that likely influenced the judge's ruling.
