Congrats Griz Basketball Team, Big Sky Champs

What a crazy Big Sky bball season to come down to this one game at the end of the year. A historic finish we have never seen in 49 years of Big Sky basketball.

Griz will host for the first time in 12 years. Holding us to 51 pts our season low, shutting us down. Yall do deserve the outright title and host it. Afterall, we did lose to ISU, yikes.

I would have bet any amount in the off season that Weber would hosted :cry:
(Now I hope we can get even for 2010 :thumb: )
 
Nice win for the Griz but you guys couldn't throw it in the ocean from a row boat in the middle of the Pacific. I expect a much closer game should we meet again next week. Griz 70-68. :thumb:
 
WW, you are one of the classier Weber posters. I am praying for a rematch in the championship. Both are worthy of being in the big dance. Thank you.

It sucks that both these teams can't advance to the NCAA tournament. I guarantee most of America would enjoy watching them as opposed to a 17-13 Uconn team or some damn thing.
 
Classy post indeed W2--REALLY wished both of us could be in the Big Dance--each team is more than deserving displaying outstanding brands of hoops!!!!
 
Thanks for the Congrats. We'll see you again next week. I fully expect that Weber-Griz will lock horns one more time for the NCAA auto-bid. Hopefully the tourney selection team gives the BSC winner a 12 or 13 or 14-seed, and not a 15-16. This year the BSC should just have a two team postseason tourney. Upsets can occur, but there are only two worthy teams with a season-long body of work.
