Big Syy Champions!!!!!

That's 1 down and 1 to go!!!

I was nervous about this game but the Lady's have been playing very well these past two games.

Now there is the 3 hour waiting game.

Bottoms up

Instead of giving them Big Sky Champ t-shirts, they should have already have it stenciled under their uniforms. Then they could disrobe instead of putting another layer on. I'm betting that would make Sports Center like the soccer player (Brandy Chastain?). But that's just me.

Well done Lady Griz! I thought I'd miss the game, but my kid's baseball game got rained out...so I made it back to watch the 2nd half. Nice crowd, good defense by both teams..a solid tough win.

Did they announce attendance?

If they did, I missed it. But the house looked like around 5,000 to me -- just a guess though.

4199 attendance. UM shot 27.3% from field. Didn't seem that low. 20-21 from the line. Refs let alot of aggressive play go. Most of the crowd thinks the poor officiating contributed to Gillham's injury (ACL?).

Attendance was 4,199. Expect a much larger showing tonight. some of them old geezers sitting behind mtgrizrule.

AWESOME job Ladies---now shock some folks when you go dancin'! :thumb:

BTW---Robin said in the post-game news conference that the attendance was 4100!

Now finish the job guys and BEAT WEEBS!

That would be awesome if they did, but Robin's offense, 6 foot "versatile" players and a tiny point guard don't equal ncaa wins in the women's tourney - at least in the last 20 years. I would love to be proven wrong though. Ladies played a tough, clutch game this afternoon.

If they defend, they have a chance (depending on the draw).

Yeah, your right, it REALLY depends on the draw. Ladies have always had good D, but just don't match up worth squat against more athletic teams. It's funny, if the men won the conference tourney a made it to the NCAA's for a bajillion years in a row like the ladies and then lost in the first round of the NCAA's, we'd all be complaining about how they can't take the next step. :ugeek:
