ESPN shows breaking news that Scott Frost is going to Nebraska. I knew he was from Nebraska and had played there, but I picked up something from his bio on Wikipedia: At Stanford (played 2 years there), his coach was Bill Walsh. After his transfer to Nebraska, he played under Tom Osborne. In the NFL he played under Bill Parcells and Bill Belichick. Talk about a coaching pedigree!

I saw the scattered items that suggested he was next on the list. But I'm not buying him at UT ... he has SEC chops but virtually no connection to Vol "history." If it did somehow happen ... can you imagine the face-offs between him and Fullmer? :argue:

Could be pretty entertaining, but likely to go up in flames. :fuel:

Just watched him being introduced at FSU. Incredible turn of events there this year. Amazing how losing one player and mother nature impacted their year.

Oregon state brought back Mike Riley as an assistant head coach to Johnathan smith. This is kind of bizarre and I thought it was a joke when I first heard the rumors.
