Since the youtube time-stamp code isn't working, forward to 30:20. Applicable to some people around here.

Transcription, for us deaf people?
At least what you're highlighting at that certain time in the video?

I'm a FSU, U of Montana, and 49ers fan :)

UMcheer2000: Just slide it over to about about 30:20 and turn up your volume. He talks about the general state of expectations, athletes, changes, injuries, fans, social media, etc.

Quick summary.

The entire question and answer was about coaching changes, program expectations, and the complexity of football and how difficult it is in general to win consistently.

Jimbo started by stating that new coaches need to be given time to get their program rolling and have a chance to prove themselves. Constant coaching changes are a real bad thing, and no matter how much $$$$ you have you can't buy the certainty of success. He specifically referenced the Pittsburgh Steelers, who have had a total of 3 coaches during their program history, and are always competitive. They go through some less-than-great years, but they never fall to the bottom and they play well in the playoffs.

I really like Jimbo, he really seems like a genuinely good guy. I think he hit the nail on the head. I hope everyone on here listens to that.

WHAT?

Great find, and coach Fisher is 100% correct and hits the nail on the head. He sums it up well. I know it takes time for a new coach to prove himself one way or the other. That is why my window is no less than 3 years window before getting a fair judgement of how good the coach is and what kind of fit he is.
