Soccer Citowicki leaving for Wazzu?

Focus on the 2027's and the upcoming portal. I'm sure the 2026's you are talking about are nice kids, but they aren't committed for reason. Need to be smart with offers. And focus on keeping players.

Again, not true on the 2026s. Several would be an upgrade to those that left due to roster limits and other coaches changes that recently happened. Second, you have a better chance signing 2026s that are hungry to play and develop them rather 10 transfers. You need a mix. Agree on the 2027s. Already there are over 1,098 2027s committed to over 284 schools so the 2027s are being picked clean too. Chris only had 3 2027s verbally committed because he had a large 2026 class so the effort to track and recruit 2027s was not as aggressive. I haven't heard if the 2027s followed him to WSU or not.

A lot of schools are already focusing and recruiting the class 2028 which can verbally commit this June.

Some of the previous comments were that candidates were only being offered 1 year contracts, than a post said they were being offered 3 year contracts but in todays press conference the AD said the new football coach has a year year deal which is it

Football coach is an interim even though they aren't calling it that.
 
You know what will really help get a new soccer coach hired? Panicking on a message board. Clearly asking why hasn't a coach been hired over and over and over and complaining about the same things over and over are working and speeding up the process.

You may as well just spam Haslams email.

Ok here’s the low down. Now this is through a friend of a friend whose daughter played at Northwestern State. Said the team really liked Coach Gore and the reason he left was due to the budget being awful. All the parents had to put in big donations to make the program basically run. Coaches had to cut and line their own field.
 
Northwestern State has one of the worst athletic department's in the country. It's probably the worst job in the Southland Conference, and they're pretty bad across the board in sports. The Griz played them in Football in 22 and beat them 47-0. Later that year their coach got fired over some weird scandal and they ended up forfeiting the rest of the season. I also don't think their Men's Basketball has ever made the NCAA tournament before, and if they have then it's been a very long time. The fact that Gore made them a championship caliber team says a lot about his coaching abilities. I don't blame him for leaving there the first opportunity he had. IDK why things got sideways on him at Troy, if that's just a tough job or what, but I do think he can coach, and if he were to come here, he would receive a lot more support than he did at either Troy or NWSU. I've warmed up to him.

Telephone game. This is not true. Their facility is nice upgraded press box and Jumbotron scoreboard and lights. Should look at their HC Ian Brophy started his coaching at Treasure Valley CC outside of Boise Idaho

No, that’s Troy and the Jumbotron scoreboard was only put in midway through this past season. Northwestern State, has a house for a press box

Multiple people have been emailing him and Jean they don’t respond to email or phone messages we need answers.
