Just wondering where he ended up. I watched him in the class C all start game in Butte a couple years ago and thought he definitely was Big Sky Conf material. Kid was one of a few in that game that I thought had what it took. Talked to a relative of his that night and he told me he wanted to play for the Griz and was hoping for a scholly, if not he would walk on. Anybody know where he ended up?

Found this on google.

The Missoula Phoenix closed out their Rocky Mountain Football League regular season in style Saturday night at Rollin Field, posting a 27-0 victory over the Gallatin Valley Snow Devils.

The Phoenix capped the regular campaign 7-1 following seven straight wins and tied for the league’s AA division championship with the Bitterroot Blaze. However, the Blaze won a tie-breaker by surrendering fewer points to opponents and claimed the RMFL’s No. 1 seed in the playoffs. With the second seed, the Phoenix will travel next week to Arco, Idaho, for a first-round playoff contest.

After the teams played a scoreless first quarter, the Phoenix did all their scoring in the second in the second quarter.

Cody Kohlwes opened the scoring with a 12-yard touchdown run and Chico Stipe followed with a 52-yard punt return for a score. Michael Kuehne put the finishing touches on the Phoenix win with TD runs of 15 and 12 yards.

Kuehne ran 16 times for 101 yards, Kohlwes was 6 of 12 in the air for 104 yards and Shane Byers was Missoula’s top receiver, hauling in a single 45-yard pass.

Some think the Phoenix are "Semi-pro" but that is a misnomer. Nobody gets paid. I think they actually have to PAY to play to cover travel/field rental/refs/uniform costs, so I don't see why he would lose eligibility. There is nothing "professional" about that league whatsoever.

Sure there is. Just ask anyone who plays for them.
