A friend decided to buy my (daughters) seats for this year. I went to the box office and paid for mine and he called in. He sends me a text asking just how much the seats were because they charged him around $1100. They had charged him for mine also which I had already paid for.
I go down there the next day with my receipt and they tell me I didn't pay because it doesn't have some number on it. So now we have to go through this whole mess to straighten it out.
Yesterday I am at the Farmers market and see the people who sit next to me.They tell me that they got an Email this week stating that they hadn't paid for their tickets either, which they had.
Long story short, you might want to check with the tickets office to make sure you have actually "paid."
