Just switched over to the NFL Channel to see if a game was on. And, the VERY first name I heard was "Chase Reynolds" -- back for a punt, which he allowed to go into the end zone. Wearing the familiar No. 34. In the 3rd quarter.

Rams DB's ahead of Tru, have looked bad too. I have not seen much of Tru, good nor bad.

Thanks for the tip '68. Had meant to watch this, but got involved in some other things. Have stated before that I thought Chase's best chance to make a roster was as a returner. He has amazing ability to the see the field, but didn't get much chance to demonstrate as a Griz. Hope he can show it here.

Tru was the 1st man in on running play. That was the good. The bad was, he did not wrap up. Fortunately, his team mates were there a yard or 2 later.

Saw a pair of 2nd half KO returns by Chase over lunch. One to the 15 and the other beyond the 20. The best thing I can say is he didn't fumble. I fear he won't make the first cut...

I missed the game on TV, but ESPN stats have Tru as tied as Ram's 2nd leading solo tackler with 4.

Other than 1st tackle, he wrapped up well. He played the run great. Fortunately, he was one of the few DB's not to get beat badly. Only one short pass in front of him. He was their best run defender, of the CB's. The commentators mentioned the Rams thinking he would make for a good safety too, and like his run defending.
