They ran four plays in overtime to win the game. All runs. You sound rediculous trying to justify the 3-3-5 against rushing teams. There's a reason it used in the Big 12 and not the Big 10.
I'm not trying to justify anything, nor have I come out for the 3-3-5, so quit making stuff up. I'm just fact-checking BS posts that ignore the facts and are flat wrong.

It was useless against the run. You're trying to say it was effective in the Sac game. I just fact checked you. They didn't even try to throw the ball in overtime.

So, why don't you fact-check your B.S. about Hauck knowing Craig Ochs when he was coaching at Colorado? Ochs played two years at Colorado, in 2000-01. Bobby Hauck was long gone by then, and was coaching at UDUB. Guess you you're not very good at fact-checking.

Ochs walked into Joe Glenn's office and told him that he wanted to transfer to Montana. Then Glenn left, and Hauck had Ochs dumped into his lap. Craig was the best QB who Hauck didn't recruit! Ochs didn't even know who Hauck was when he committed to play for Montana.

BH was at CU through the '98 season and followed Neuheisel to UW in January, '99. He was instrumental in recruiting for Neuheisel at both CU and UW. Hometown boy Ochs was a HS all-American next door at Fairview in Boulder. He committed to CU in the fall of '99, was a starter as a true frosh in 2000 and played into the 2002 season constantly fighting concussions. Hauck was involved in his recruitment when he was a junior at Fairview, in fact BH told me so himself. He could describe Ochs' Fairview games in detail, raving about him. Those are the facts, well checked. The only BS is coming from you, a frequent occurrence.

OK if you want to ignore the facts that SacSt ran for but 180 in that game, including OT, and passed for 299. That's run-first for sure. And Montana out rushed SacSt with 200.

Definitely Growler
Both Rosie and Indian.

Gettin' a little testy because the vast majority of Griz nation doesn't subscribe to your support of your Big Timber buddy? You don't like it when posters gang-up on your weak support for a coach who is taking our program to the middle of the Big Sky. You are a minority. Accept it.
