CB - Elijah Brady commits

247 has him as the #54 recruit for the state of Washington. Interestingly, the highest rated recruit who signed with a Big Sky team, is linebacker Xe'ree Alexander, who signed with the Vandals. Alexander's brother just transferred from University of Washington to MSU.

Elijah was 2nd team 3A metro league at CB and honorable mention as a WR.

His highlight tape has a lot more offensive clips than defense, so I assume he has solid ball skills.

Looks like, in addition to a solid player, he's also a great student, as he had an offer from Yale.

Remember the last 3 star athletic HS WR Hauck chose to play at CB? No other than Tru Johnson. I asked a HS coaching friend of mine, which former GRIZ CB Brady compares to for potential? His answer, a smaller faster Tru. He won't be surprised to see Brady starting as a RS Freshman or Sophomore. That depends on if Bady redshirts or not. He thinks, Brady is ready to contribute as a true Freshman. He expects Brady to press hard immediately. The returning CBs better not slack off.

I'm hoping he's right.

Oh yeah, what's was his brother rated? That shit don't even matter. I like how you try to talk up a bobshat recruit based on his brother's performance and then proceed to downplay our recruit. This is is special and will be picking Bobshats 50 50 balls before u know it.

What position does the second Alexander play? I could just look on UW’s website, but I am too lazy. How will he contribute for the Cats? The Griz got a good one here. BSC will be fun to watch in the coming years. Good competition between U of M, MSU, Idaho and maybe Sac State and Cal Poly.

He plays WR. I'd imagine he'll be penciled in to start right away on the outside. What that looks like production wise in our offense....who knows? Hahah

Also, don't forget Weber. They'll be very tough again.

Alexander was higher rated than our RB signee? Because he was the highest rated recruit EVER out of HS for the Griz.

Ah. Gotcha. No idea on which is rated higher. Somebody who understands the rating services can figure that out better than me.
