I think it's pretty cool personally. They want to do a lot, and it may take a lifetime to get there, but overall pretty cool concepts.

- bowl in north endzone with seating and boxes
- football locker room, offices, training rooms, meeting rooms, nutritional center all on north end
- indoor football practice facility and track
- new east grand stands at football field
- brick breeden renovation including addition of academic center
- tennis and golf upgrades
- practice fields upgrades
- walking promenade to stadium

Looks good! I didn't see anything in the video to address the poop pond which was prominently on display at the beginning of the video.

I believe that promenade walk goes right to it.

I have a similar plan to change my house into a commercial high rise for businesses from around the world. I think the rent will net around $2.4 million per month. Once the note is paid off in 2074, I'll be rolling in it. Just have to get the city and coastal commission to sign off, and I'm home free.

Wait, so after looking at the MS Paint video, I saw that there are no plans to join the second stadium with the first stadium. What? Maybe the $54k it would take to do that might be the first order of business instead of expanding the equipment sheds to house God knows what.

The promenade has to be the faggiest thing in college football. I get that they want to hide the trail of tears, but why not just put the locker room at the stadium like normal people? I can't think of another school with two stadiums sharing one field, and two campuses but one has the field and one has the locker room. So dumb

The main concern of most Cat fans with whom I've spoken is whether they will do away with the tradition of trotting the players across the field to huddle in an inflatable to make their entrance from the opposite side. It's already the lamest entrance in sports. Cat boosters want it gone from what I'm told.

We're working on getting better stuff, shiny things so we can beat you.

Maybe discontinue that weird entrance thing that you do when rolling into to RHS. It would be a decent start.

They are a few years behind on this. Overall I love the idea of closing off the stadium, I think that will be huge. Sucks it takes such a long time for them to implement by that time they will be further behind other FCS facilities.
