Cats/Griz 1 & 2 this season?

Not in that particular order, necessarily, but I DO believe we will be the top 2 teams in the Sky.

Both Larry & Mick are to be commended for great recruiting years; I haven't heard this much "buzz" about Big Sky BBall for years and I'm glad both our programs appear headed in the proper direction.

Here's to hoping that 1 of us makes it to the dance while the other gets a couple of NIT home games...

agreed-athough the GRIZ could struggle early. If Seyfert is out, only 5 guys return. Everyone else will be new.

Most of the pre season annuals have the Cat and Griz 1 and 2, on the streagth of their returning starters. The only thing that makes me a little nervous about the Griz is how much they have lost to their 4 and 5 possition in starter and depth. McKay, Easley, Davis, and now possibly Seyfert. Two - three players who have never played a minute of D-1 ball is going to have to play major minutes until Seyfert can come back and Chavez become elligable, IF they are able to play at all this year.

From what I have read the Cats are picked well ahead of the Griz. That is fine by me, the last time that happenned I don't think the results are what Durham had in mind. With everyone back and hsi lauded recruiting class he should be picked first.

When was the last time the Cats were picked to finish first in conference? Refresh my memory please.
