Cats Defense

"Hey gang, I don't have a dog in this fight (that isn't even the either team's next game), here's my completely unbiased take:

The Cats are by far the best team in the conference and have absolutely no weaknesses. I think they are probably top 2 in the nation, and they aren't #2. Coach Vigen mentioned at the booster pancake breakfast last Sunday that we--I mean--the Cats might be the most talented group he's ever coached. All three phases.

The Grizzlies could be good if they had better players and better coaching. Nowhere near the level of the Cat's second string, but still decent. Most of their wins were lucky, and that win against UW on the road means absolutely nothing. The Cats almost beat Wyoming, and that's probably more impressive to this impartial observer. The only reason the Griz are in the playoff hunt at all is because the officials want them there. Sure, they've had success, but that's coming to an end. There's a new sheriff in this state--I mean--Montana. I can't wait to watch the game, but don't count my Hornets out just yet. ;) Good luck to both teams."

This is a rather pedestrian post, 23, and it's clear you've never played the game. You didn't even mention that your team, err, the cats were pre-season national champs.

Griz - Better figure out how to stop the running game or we going to hang another 350 yards on the ground on you. Just like the last 4 years

Last I looked Montana leads the league in rush defense. Does that mean we can stop msu's run game? Don't really know but I do know Ifanse will get his yards. But to imply we can't contain or defend the run is plain wrong.

Go Griz!!

You did in 2019 as well. The cats ran for almost 400
