Over all I thought Reese did a pretty good job all things considered, first start, first game and all. He shows nice touch on the ball and if he keeps it going like he did later in the game he will be just fine.
We are headed over to watch the Huskies game, I just hope we show well and most important get back on the plane without injuries!!!
GO GRIZ

Agreed. He played very well once he settled down. I'd also add that watching gresch Jensen that last series has me very excited to see him play next season. The dude is so good for a redshirt freshman.

QB is in good hands now and the future. A+ to Stitt for allowing Jensen to actually run the offense, verses just handing the ball off.

Reese dropped some absolute dimes. They probably didn't show on TV like they did live as you see wheel routes develop, hitches, outs, etc and perfect timing to receivers

On that late TD to JLM was a thing of beauty, sure JLM stretched out (ghosts of GRIZ receivers doing that) and it went exactly where it had to be, miss and it hits the turf or catch it and look damn good. Just another one for the highlight reel.

Damn 5700 should have read yours first, yes I totally agree.

Reese's td pass to JLM was one of the better throws I've seen in Wa Griz, an absolute perfect pass. The O looked so much better the second half when they let Reece air it out downfield, letting his playmakers make plays and open up the field.

He really does throw a pretty ball, and can do the touch ball as well just like he did in the south end zone, sorry don't remember who caught it but he was all alone and Reese just floated it in.
The Back up did not look like much of a drop off either. It will be fun to see how this offence progresses this season, sure hope the D and fix a few things and quick, I realize they were down a couple key starters.

I really think that Keenan Curran and Sammy Akem can dominate on the outsides because of the attention Louie Mcgee draws in the slot and on the fly sweeps. Next week Washington will be looking to take away JLM and these two will have single coverage on the outsides. They need to take advantage of this right away if they want to open up the run game at all. Gonna be a lot of fun watching these receivers over the next 3-4 years. I'm totally sold on Jensen that kid will be one of the better quarterbacks they have had in awhile.

As much as I like Reese, sure would be nice to have a three year QB or more. EWU seems to have the same QB's for 8 years.

Well after this year, there is a good chance Jensen will be our QB for the next 3 years.
