No, she didn't say he had broken the law. Note the "it", which I took to mean threaten. All threats are not illegal. In any event, come by my office sometime and I will show you a bunch of threats that I believe would be actionable under the law.

So say a forum member had said in a post to Griztastic several years ago “You want to tangle with me Tastic, look under your seat next game”. Would that be an actionable threat in the eyes of the law?

I think Alpha has gone quiet and had forums closed and posts removed, because he realizes that he is getting pursued by authorities or charged. If I get another threat from him, like in the past, I know where I'm going to take it. AlphaRep1 may want to be careful too, or he will be in the legal soup.

I didn't see anything there that suggested he was threatening her with physical harm. Not even close. Then again, I'm not an attorney, and I have lost a case, and I've obviously never played the game.

I have no idea what Mike has said to you over the years. I do know that everything I have seen between these two was harmless back and forth internet sabre rattling.

Nothing I wouldn't have just shrugged off as you have many times yourself.

Eriul and I think that you are not a good reader. How can you interpret this statement as saying that Alpha has broken the law before? That's not what it says. "I’m not sure that’s what alpha did but he has done it before." I agree that it's not incredibly clear, but don't know how you can say it supports what you say. And because it is not clear, I don't think it says what you think it does. Also, while Eriul may think all threats are against the law, I don't. Threats against safety, maybe more likely to be against the law.
