Cal Poly's 2008 recruiting class

For those who are interested (seeing that the Mustangs and the
Griz will be playing each other the next five years) here is a link to the new Cal Poly recruits. Cal Poly usually signs four or five more players after the first day. Cal Poly only graduated 16 seniors, but I think when all is said and done they this class will end up being about 21 new players. There is also a link to the press conference of coach Ellerson announcing the class complete with video highlights of each recruit (a first for Cal Poly). According to a poster on NorCalPreps.com, Archbishop Mitty High School FB Kenny Jackson will follow his teammate RB Thomas Reynolds to Cal Poly.

Scout.com listed him as the fourth ranked FB in California.

Rumor on Cal Poly's message board is that the Mustangs will be playing the University of Wisonsin on Nov. 22 for $500,000. I am there if true.

The Citadel gave them a good game last year, hopefully the Mustangs can do the same.
