Six-game conference schedule in a divisional format (have not yet managed to get my head around the details). Tie-breaker(s) at the end to determine their auto-bid. Each team can also schedule two OOC games ... they can even do the BSC thing where they play another CAA team as "out of conference".

With the unbalanced divisions, one will play all teams once the other will play a round-robin.

How about late November and early December? The weather gets worse then week by week. In the spring, it will get better week by week. Far better weather for playoffs than in December.
