Very awesome! Can’t believe it took us till ‘22 to get a con HofF.
I feel, the Big Sky Conference HOF is an excellent vehicle to honor those "behind-the-scene" personnel of the different schools that many times don't get noticed when doing their jobs in real time. Naseby Rhinehart is a good example. In addition to being an All American FB player in the mid '30s for UM he was an exceptionally, world renowned, athletic trainer for UM for 50 yrs +/-. Videographers, ADs, support staff, grounds keepers, play-by-play announcers, etc. can be honored for their contributions. IMO, most alumni and locals know the players and coaches. They are the usual candidates for the HOF. I feel the same plaque or framed picture should depict these outstanding individuals who contribute to the athletic experience.
Since the Big Sky Conference HOF is so young this is a good time for the HOF staff in Farmington, UT to consider this in the future.
