There's a method used to calculate offensive and defensive efficiencies that I read about the other day. Its based on total possessions vs points scored. Kind of a way to level the playing field so you can tell how good a team's offense and defense perform on a regular basis. Thought I would post the BSC ratings up to this point.

Possessions/Game (60 is slow, 70 average, 80 fast)

Offensive Efficiency (90 is bad, 100 is average, 110 is good)

76 - 71 is the predicted score by this system with UM beating MSU.

79 - 74 is the predicted score by Sagarin with UM beating MSU.
