I live in Phoenix and this was posted online by the local rag. Since Brock is a Montana boy I thought I'd share it.

If I'm not mistaken Montana Boyz play at Montana!

Oh well, I guess some people would rather show their potential on the practice field and throw their qualities out the door by graduating as a backup...

He started the last 2 games this season and played very well. If you read the article he has a very good chance of starting next year. Winners compete and work hard to be sucessful. Seems like he's doing that. Transferring can be a good decision for many athletes (eg: Flaco, Ochs, etc...) but it would be kind of a cowardly move for him in his situation unless he wasn't happy off the field. Also, he is a Montana boy and boys isn't spelled with a z, especially not in Montana :thumb: .

Osweiler will be the starter at ASU - Threat is leaving football

Steven Threet, Arizona State's starting quarterback for most of the 2010 season, is not expected to play football anymore, a source told ESPN Wednesday.

Threet, who will be a senior in 2011, has suffered four concussions, three of which occurred last season. The source said Threet is still suffering from post-concussion syndrome and deals with constant headaches.

"Doctors have told him a fifth concussion could be debilitating," said the source. "You don't want to be 35 years old and can't hold up a cup of coffee."

Really sad for Threet. What a tragedy that playing a game he loves has resulted in such severe injury. I wish Osweiler all the best.

It is sad for the kid. But I applaud his decision and his ability to walk away. That has to be incredibly tough to do.
