Yep, as I posted elsewhere, my hat is off to Brady. He looked like the QB we saw in the NDSU game. And I never should have let doubt creep into my mind that Stitt had picked the wrong QB - that was armchair prognosticating at its worst. I am might glad to be proven so wrong!

Now here's to Brady having his first great road game next week! :thumb:

Gus made a HUGE difference and appears to have re-habbed nicely. He certainly paid attention from the sidelines when he was injured. He was much more comfortable and composed, knew his reads and made decisions quickly. His throws were effortless, mostly tight spirals and he protected the ball. The contrast when Makena replaced him was stark. Welcome back Brady and congratulations on an impressive victory. :thumb: :thumb:

I rarely second guess or play the coulda shoulda woulda game...but what kind of season would the Griz have had with Gus under center all year?

Gus looked like crap against Cal Poly and Liberty but the offense has only looked competent with him behind center. EWU's defense wasn't great and I think MSU's secondary is dog $hit at best. I think Gus and the offense will drop 40 or 50 on em next week.
