They're not getting a lot of bang for their buck.

The coordinators in Montana make more than the coordinators at EWU.

That $356k salary is gone. Guy has to work. Breske went from making more than $200k a year at Wyoming to NDSU and then UM. He's taken a pay cut before. Why wouldn't he again?
