Just a conversation starter here. I’m wondering how much of this seasons offensive success can be attributed to the addition of Kennedy? Every time I see him on the sideline he’s got a headset on and call sheet in hand. Maybe he’s cooking more stuff up with pease and playing a larger play calling role than we realize? This is the best offense we’ve seen at UM in quite some time.

Could be. Could also be Eric Price as analyst and more talent.

I made a similar thread just a little bit ago and got told it was just better talent this year. But I agree with you. We absolutely have better talent but we're also utilizing it really well.
Its definitely a combo of both, but BK has definitely had a great impact, and where we sit we definitely see a vantage point of his coaching style, and It's excellent. Highly positive, high energy, communicates extremely well.

You don’t have his kind of resume without being a damn good coach. As naive as the fanbase can be about success and how fortunate we are to have a competitive program on a regular basis, the fanbase is really naive as to how lucky we are to have the staff that we have. How many FCS programs bring in former NFL head coaches as analysts? How many bring in guys that have coached in some of the most historic games in college football history? At UM under Bobby those have happened repeatedly.

Michael Wortham receiving stats at EWU…209 yards on 25 receptions and 1 TD as a senior. They did not really use him nor was he a developed receiver in any way when he got to UM. He gets with a nationally recognized receiver coach in Bobby Kennedy who then developed Wortham to achieve over 1,000 yards receiving, over 70 catches and 10 TD’s and into a Walter Payton candidate, receiving being the key piece of his game. Wildcat and returns being icing on the cake. What a year and thank you to Kennedy, Pease as the creative play caller getting the ball in his hands and Bobby and the recruiting staff for getting him in the door.
