It also worked pretty well here I'd say. Hauck's last 4 years the Griz were 31-1 in conference and 51-6 overall.

A HOF QB, HOF TE, and best slot receiver in the game, playing together for 6-7 years, 10,000+ reps together, the short passing game truly can be the running game. I don't think that kind of rapport can be replicated in college with all the player turnover each year. If Brady and Edelman are a split second off on their timing, that 11 play opening drive doesn't go anywhere.
