You should never post again after totally pretending you knew something that was not true...

Holy shit!!! If that were the standard there'd be like 3 users on this board with a total of 8 posts between them!!

He took the site for a ride, didn't he? Good that he had no credibility and was not totally believable.

You are as bad on blegriz on this one. Yes, Haslam is standing in the tunnel with a 3-year contract.

You, of all people, should be keeping your mouth shut on this subject.

Did you read the fucking article? I was 100% correct.

You on the other hand, well, status quo.

I would say he was pretty close.....

In the days leading up to the 117th showdown against the Bobcats a source texted Skyline Sports that a powerful and well-connected booster had spoken directly with Haslam in the week leading up to the rivalry game. According to the source, Haslam said that Stitt was going to be re-signed to a three-year contract extension regardless of the outcome of Saturday’s football game. The source said the powerful booster “STRONGLY encouraged” Haslam to reconsider the three year renewal, instead “suggesting he base any renewal on the outcome” of the game against the Bobcats.

Another influential source told Skyline Sports that Montana had decided to extend its coach’s contract; Stitt would remain coach for three more years if he beat the Cats, and one year if he lost. According to sources familiar with the conversation, the booster told Haslam that he was risking further donations and putting his job in jeopardy by keeping Stitt in place for another three-year contract.

That's cause that info was out there and hinted at on some or the other boards. He just took it and ran with it

Sorry, you weren't 100% right. And who says any article is right?

I was right that Hauck wanted to come back, and could be hired back- in part because big supporters would push for it with Haslam.

Hahaha. Classic.

So, the article isn't right about what I said, but is about what you said. Got it.

And I don't know anyone who doubted that Hauck wanted to come back and that there were boosters pushing for just that. Hell, I certainly didn't. I know some of those donors. But the information I had was 100 percent accurate and factual. The plan was to extend; the plan changed. Kudos to Kent for making a difficult decision contrary to what he first intended.

blegriz was full of sh*t..bunch of fake news..how could somebody lose to the below average Cats
and keep their job!
