Big Teams Fall

tonight 1duke fell to florida state 79-74...
10tennessee fell to kentucky 80-78...
and my personal favorite TEXAS A&M dropped texas 46-43, winning on acie laws last second (literally) three pointer...
though this doesnt mean these teams wont be threats in march it does show that every one of these teams has weaknesses and that anyone can win in the close games...
should be exciting come tourney time...

Then this weekend is "The collasal weekend before the conference championships brought to you by Verizon wireless."

And then it's "live or die week brought strong and upright by Viagra."

And then onto "The super mega huge upset first round classic sponsored by IsYourHusbandCheating.com"

Is it just me or is anyone else getting sick of all these "weeks" that ESPN just makes up?

your right, this time of year every week is judgement week in the eyes of the ncaa tournament selection commitee.

Absouetly not! College basketball on ESPN is the greatest thing on television right now. They dont just make up weeks either, all their little slogans serve a purpose and it is justified nicely. I saw two amazing upsets today and I have ESPN to thank for that.

I dont care what the week is called as long as I get to see my basketball. If you dont like the weeks then go watch CSTV where you can see Lehigh and Belmont duke it out.

Saturday is going to be crazy with the Duke UNC game being televised on ESPN Full Circle and on ESPNU they are going to have a Cameron Crazy CAM!!!!!! Unbelieveable :twocents:

Gonna be rooting for the Heels in this one swill. They should have won the first one but they forgot to show up the last 2 minutes of the game and that damn Redick went off on them. They are playing great basketball since the that loss, won something like 6 or 7 straight. Your right nothing could be better than March Madness. Need about 4 dang TV's though. arty:

three out of the last four years duke has lost the game before the season finale against north carolina. i predict history will repeat itself. :twocents:
