Interesting results so far. Northern Colorado took care of business at Sac State, so they’re still solidly set at #2.
Although Weber knocked off EWU (at EWU), that doesn’t change much for the Eags… they stay #1, with a small cushion. Down at the bottom, Idaho actually won a game (over ISU), but that does’t matter much either.
The NAU at Portland State should start any time now. Again, not much drama their.
The Weber State win, however, reinforces the point made in the Griz-Cat thread: The Griz need a win tonight to create some separation from the kitties and other lower-tier teams. As inconsistent as Weber has been, they now seem likely to stay at #3 … the Griz need to stay on their heels.
